    1. Acceptance of Terms

    1.1 Agreement

    By accessing, registering for, or using Awetio, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

    These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Awetio Software Private Limited (“Awetio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

    If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

    Use of learning systems, verification services, portfolio tools, ranking systems, discovery features, and related functionality constitutes acceptance of these Terms and associated policies.

    2. Verification Integrity

    2.1 Proof of Participation Standards

    Awetio may provide rankings, verification indicators, milestones, and technical achievement systems intended to reflect activity and participation within the Platform.

    Users agree that submitted solutions, learning activity, and verification attempts must comply with Platform rules.

    Prohibited Activities

    • Account sharing
    • Unauthorized automation
    • Circumvention of verification
    • Fraudulent submissions
    • Ranking manipulation
    • AI Tool Abuse

    Awetio reserves the right to investigate and take enforcement action where integrity controls are violated.

    3. Membership, Tiers & Payments

    3.1 Subscription Services

    Certain features may require an active subscription or membership. Examples may include: Advanced learning worlds, verification programs, portfolio tools, and premium discovery services.

    Subscription access remains active according to the selected plan and applicable billing cycle. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

    Note: Awetio is not responsible for failures caused by payment processors, financial institutions, network interruptions, or external service outages. Refund eligibility is governed by separate refund policies.

    4. Acceptable Use

    Users must not violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, interfere with platform stability, or misrepresent identity.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All platform software, visual systems, branding, and proprietary technologies remain the property of Awetio unless otherwise stated.

    6. Availability

    Awetio may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuity.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. AWETIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    AWETIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

    9. Termination

    Users may stop using Awetio at any time. Awetio may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or protection of Platform integrity.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to applicable jurisdiction under Indian law.
